Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is handmade and personalized especially for you. Because of the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on my part, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will be happy to help resolve the issue.

If you leave the font, thread color, or bow selection blank, I’ll happily use the same options shown in the main product photo. Fabric selection is required for every order.
